Just wanted to let you know we had a baby girl very early Saturday morning (12 days late!). I was due to be induced Saturday 2pm so luckily came just before that!
I started having contractions around 5am Friday morning, did the majority of labour at home. Lots of the breathing techniques and listening to the tracks! Got to hospital 11.45pm - got straight in the water and had her in the pool at 1.40am. Just under two hours at the hospital! They also didn’t believe me that she was coming so didn’t call the doctor in time, which was a result!
Just wanted to say thank-you, I had the birth that I wanted, it was an amazing experience and couldn’t have been more different to last time!
